Placing Your Online Order

Website Tips & Tricks

I know you may want to skip this... but don't.  Trust me.

Now, before you actually view your images, there are a few things you should know about your website!  I use the best company in the industry to host all of my online galleries... but that doesn't mean it doesn't have a few quirks!

Here are a few tips to ensure you have the best possible experience online.  Now, head's up, I've made a little "choose your own adventure" for you {remember those books, weren't they awesome?}!  If you'd like to read the step by step instructions, you may do that right here.  If you're a visual learner and would prefer to watch a video, just scroll to the bottom and I'll hook you up that way!

  1. When you go to your gallery link, you'll see the expiration date pop-up at the bottom of the screen.  Close that little pop-up and you'll see the "log-in" button.  Click on that and create an account for yourself.

  2. If you've done it correctly, you'll see your name in the upper right side of your screen!  Now, you can enter the GALLERY password {this gives you permission to see the images - not your account, they're two separate things} to actually view your image.

  3. Grab a glass of wine, turn on some music, and click "slideshow" in the upper right of your screen.  Then sit-back and just enjoy your images!

  4. When you're ready to start selecting your favorites, hover over the image and click on the little heart in the upper left corner of the images.  That will add it to your favorites folder {see the upper left corner of your screen}.

  5. Once you've selected your favorites, click on that folder and then you can start shopping!

  6. Please note: the website is horrible about timing-out if you're not continually using it.  It's ALWAYS BEST TO LOG-OUT then LOG BACK IN BEFORE WORKING ON YOUR ACTUAL ORDER.  Just trust me on this.  There's nothing more frustrating than creating your album, only to discover you weren't logged-in and then you lose your work!

  7. When your order is complete, you may have to enter your credit card into multiple times if your products are coming from different vendors - it's super obnoxious, but there's no way around it at this time.

Once you've place your order, it will come to me for approval before going to the printers!  After I look it over to be sure there are no formatting issues, your goodies will arrive on your doorstep 1-3 weeks later!  Albums are normally the first to arrive and canvases are normally the last!  I know you're going to love every little thing and cannot wait to get them all into your hands!

xoxo,
Cyrissa
